Central Region of Singapore will focus on creating a lifestyle destination for its residents and visitors according to the 2019 URA Draft Master Plan. Area such as Downtown and Orchard were recognise as financial hub and shopping belt, but the plan is to create more activities in the area to transfer it into a 24/7 lifestyle hub that allow people to work, live, and play. More land will be allowed for mixed-development and enhance connectivity by Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) and Circle Line (CCL) will assist the transformation. Future residents of Haus on Handy  will be able to enjoy a better living lifestyle with the development to these area.
